Cosmetic products and detergents
Question
The company is involved in the production of cosmetic products and detergents in the form of wet wipes. We ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) requirements and hold a BRC certificate. Additionally, we are a registered manufacturer in Poland, listed in the manufacturer’s register and register of entrepreneurs. Our products are manufactured in accordance with EU regulations governing the respective product categories.
We are interested in exporting our products to your market. This includes both our own branded products as well as private label products for our clients, where Luba sp. z o.o. acts as the responsible person.
To ensure a smooth export process, we would like to inquire about any additional preparations required beyond the standard procedures followed within the EU. Specifically, we would like to know:
Is it necessary for the manufacturer to register the product or the company in your country? If so, where should this registration take place?
Are there any special requirements that our products must meet in addition to the existing EU regulations?
Is there a need for additional documentation beyond what is prepared according to EU laws and regulations?
Can the product documentation remain in the English language, or is translation into the local language required?
Are there any specific requirements related to waste regulations in your country that we need to meet when placing our products on the market, particularly in cases where Luba Company is indicated as the responsible person on the product label?
