Answer
In response to your enquiry let us inform you as follows.
In the Slovak Republic, the area of conformity assessment is stipulated by the Act No 56/2018 on conformity assessment of the product, making available the product on the market, and amending certain Acts. More detailed information about the technical regulations from the conformity assessment area can be found in the Table: https://www.unms.sk/stranka/92/technicke-predpisy-z-oblasti-posudzovania-zhody/.
As regards the products in question (refrigerators for commercial use), these products fall within the European Union (EU) harmonized area and, as you have already mentioned, meet the LVD, EMC and ROHS requirements. These technical regulations state all the necessary requirements regarding your questions (marking label, installation requirements or requirements on packaging). The required language requirements for manual or safety Instructions are Slovak language. As far the products meet all the relevant requirements set out in these regulations, there are no additional requirements defined.
In the case of ROHS requirements, we recommend you to address the responsible authority, the Ministry of Environment of the Slovak Republic.
As regards the Installation requirements, some requirements (the assessment after installation) might apply according to the Decree No. 508/2009 coll.. laying down detailed arrangements for ensuring safety and health at work with technical pressure, lifting, electric and gas, and establishing technical devices, which are considered classified technical equipment. We recommend you to address the responsible authority, the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Family of the Slovak Republic.
